Come celebrate Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem. We hold off on the passion narrative 'til Friday to give this day its proper significance in the story. Come find out why!
Holy Monday
7 p.m.
This Eucharist Service meditates on the power of the story of the woman who washes Jesus' feet.
Tenebrae
Tuesday 8 p.m.
Our choir leads us in Mary McDonald's "It Is Finished," a gorgeous adaptation of this ancient monastic service of lamentation.
Service of Reconciliation
Wednesday 7 p.m.
Though we do corporate confession on Sundays, this is a service to highlight the availability of 1:1 confession and absolution. This is a unique exploration of the ethics of our lives together.
Maundy Thursday
6 p.m.
In this potluck meal, we share stories, wash one another's feet, and then proceed to the main church to strip the altar, a powerful ceremony symbolizing the imminent loss approaching.
Good Friday
Stations of the Cross at Noon
Service 7 p.m.
Walk with Jesus in his last hours and ponder the powerful meaning of how his story teaches us what love is willing to endure to overcome the power of hate and fear.
The Great Vigil of Easter
Saturday 8 p.m.
Experience the high drama of passing through the darkness and despair of the tomb into the full light of resurrection! This is the pinnacle liturgy of the year. Bring a jacket, wear walking shoes, and stick around after for the reception, chocolate fountain included!
Easter Sunday
